Are these investments safe?

We vet each project rigorously and only work with proven developers and contractors. Our focus is on private land, approved zoning (תב"ע), and clear title.

Entry points start around ₪1.3M for 2-room pre-construction units, up to ₪3.5M+ for luxury penthouses. We also structure deals for portfolio investors.

Can I get a mortgage in Israel as a foreigner?

Yes. We work closely with top banks and our in house mortgage power house to secure competitive financing for foreign buyers, including pre-approval options.
